Karate Instructors do the Ice Bucket Challenge!

So we got called out by some of our students these last couple of days to do the 'ice bucket challenge'.... so here it is!

This video features Mr. Adam Rigsby, Miss Jacqueline Starkman and Mr. Zachary Deere and we nominated Mr. Jeremy Schilling, Miss Megan Haney and Miss Sheri Wenneberg.

Renowned children's instructor Mr. Zack Deere worked with KarateOC to make an awesome safety video for parents and kids! It's very cool to see that some of the powerful lessons taught at KarateOC (located in Orange County, California) are now available to people all around the world.

Mothers Day!

Just wanted to remind everyone about this Saturday, May 10th, we will be having a special Mothers Day Celebration. Come join us, as we celebrate and honor Moms. We will be having our Board Breaking Workshop coming up on April 8th.  The kids will learn how to break real wood boards correctly without hurting themselves.
